FAQs

Are you offering 1:1 training virtually/online or in person?

Both are possible! If you are in the San Francisco area, 1:1 training is available in person via an indoor gym with safely protocols in place and I can let you know more about this facility with state of the art equipment, cleanliness protocols, and by appointment booking so you are guaranteed to have plenty of space and equipment dedicated to your see training. Other options are also available outdoors in the South Bay Area, and from anywhere in the world you can join me on Zoom 1:1, partial training (I work with couples), small group and classes (coming soon).

Kettlebells and dumbbells are still hard to come by. Can I still train with you with limited equipment?

Absolutely! That’s why you hire me — there are many ways to challenge the human body and to get a workout without heavy equipment, barbells, or machines. Use my years of knowledge and expertise to get stronger from the inside out and learn about irradiation, tempo-work, get the best bodyweight training (if you absolutely have no equipment) and learn what else we can manipulate besides load to get you stronger and more fit.

I’m in a different time zone, how can you work with me?

From on demand to live classes, in-person to remote programming, I have found a combination of tools that work with people in San Francisco and San Diego to Florida and New York as well as London and Australia. This is the beauty and the silver lining of what we are living through, you are no longer limited by your geography.

I have an injury and am scared that working over a screen might cause me in getting injured, can I still train safely?

I have over 9+ years of experience working with those coming back from shoulder injuries, knee surgeries, hip replacements, tendonitis, the ills cause my modern life to our joints and even specialize in working with hyper-flexible clients, special cases and those with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

I’m pregnant or just had a baby and I want to workout safely but don’t feel safe in a gym. Can I safely workout with you via Zoom?

I have and continue to work with many women, developing a pre-natal and post-natal program that is individualized for their body. Especially during this time, when immunity is so important, I not only develop a training plan, but a nutrition plan, keeping the baby safe, while juggling fitness and strength goals safely.
