It means we focus on movement, skills, getting stronger, improving your cardio, resilience, mindset and conditioning via COACHING. An app is a tool, but coaching is about personal interaction. Get invested in your health and wellness by making sure your goals and health history are considered in a plan that gets you progressive results, not just a sweat.

There are many ways you can receive coaching: virtual, remote, or in-person. Depending on your style and budget, I offer private and small group personal training, group classes and training clubs (membership-based remote programming focusing on endurance/OCR/running, strength, kettlebells, barbells, functional fitness, or a mix of elements and modalities) all aimed at helping you achieve your fitness goals safely, and moving better, pain-free.
