Private Training

If you prefer 1:1 work, and not sharing coach’s attention, private training is your jam. Memberships keep you consistent on a weekly basis and includes built in bonus sessions each quarter. Monthly options require a contract, but gives you access to the VOD library for additional classes if you want to complement your training or need a guided recovery routine. It’s also perfect for those who travel in between sessions. 1:1 training is also ideal for learning specific lifts and skills, depending on your history injury, previous training experience and specific goals.

Team Training

Team training is perfect for those who want personal training, but in a group setting (4-6 people). You receive a customized program and train together in a team setting. Think of this as team “practice” (if you played in a team sport) or a fitness “happy hour”. Goals may coincide with others in the group, but they don’t need to. You can train to improve your strength, alongside someone working on increasing their endurance, or another dedicated to achieving a healthier weight. The plan is still tailored to you. This type of personal training is ideal for someone who likes to feed off group energy, enjoys community, but still want some dedicated personal coaching on their movement and lifts. This is also perfect for those who already have basic skills on lifts and don’t require learning a lift from scratch. It is not necessarily more advanced than 1:1, small group training is both for beginners through advanced individuals.

Training Packages

Packages are available for those who travel often and can’t commit to the same number of 1:1 sessions on a weekly basis but can commit to a monthly frequency. All packages expire 6 weeks after the first session from the package is redeemed.

Semi-Private Training

If you would like to train with your partner/spouse, close friend, co-worker or family member, semi-private training might be a better fit for your style and budget. Apply for coaching and let us know you are interested in this option. Please include answers for both parties in the same form.
